Who controls purchase data
FeedFrame is operated by realb.it, 103–105 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. realb.it controls the limited purchase, support, and operational information described below.
Video processing
Video decoding, playback, framing, cover capture, and export happen locally in your web browser. We do not upload, store, inspect, or train models on your source video or generated files. Closing the page releases its temporary working copy.
Payment
Stripe handles clean-pack checkout. FeedFrame receives a checkout reference and payment status, but not your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage
FeedFrame stores a small checkout entitlement, used-credit marker, and free-proof marker in your browser. It also creates one random, tab-scoped session identifier so the same funnel step is not counted repeatedly. These records do not contain video frames. Closing the tab removes the analytics session; clearing site data removes the other records. Email us from the checkout address if a paid pack was not successfully delivered.
First-party product analytics
We record a short list of product events—landing viewed, studio used, valid video loaded, free proof downloaded, export offer viewed, and share completed—against the random tab-session identifier. We do not send filenames, video dimensions or duration, frames, source or generated media, email addresses, page URLs, or checkout references with these events. If the page was opened with standard UTM campaign labels, we attach only their short source, medium, and campaign values to checkout so a purchase can be attributed; we do not send the full page or referring URL. Payment and pack-use records come from our secure checkout and one-use export systems instead of browser claims.
Purpose, retention, and rights
We process checkout and support information to perform the purchase, meet accounting duties, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. Payment records are kept as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to certain processing, or complain to your regulator. Tab-scoped product-event records are kept only while useful for measuring this experiment and are reviewed for deletion within 90 days. Australian users may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Operational information
Hosting and payment providers may record ordinary request time, IP address, browser type, and error data for security and reliability. We do not sell personal data.
