The complete three-feed preview, framing controls, editable masks, collision guidance, cover preview, and one five-second watermarked proof are free. Use the proof to confirm that your browser can decode and encode representative media before buying.
When we refund
If payment succeeds but the clean pack does not unlock, or the ZIP cannot be generated due to a FeedFrame fault after the free proof worked, contact us within 14 days. We will try to restore the credit and will refund it if we cannot provide a usable pack.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes non-excludable consumer rights. Where a cooling-off right applies, we honour it unless you validly requested immediate digital supply and that right ended when access was supplied. The checkout acknowledgment records that request.
What is not a FeedFrame fault
A destination platform changing its interface or rejecting a browser codec, unsuitable source media, an interrupted device, insufficient local memory or storage, or a change of mind after a successful clean pack is not a product fault. Non-excludable rights still apply.

Email hello@realb.it with the checkout email, approximate purchase time, browser name, and error. Do not attach confidential source video unless you choose and are authorised to share it.
